It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 2023 International Conference on Industrial Electronics and Instrumentation (ICoIEI 2023) on behalf of the Organizing Committee.

The conference will be held virtually from August 11th to 13th, 2023, and we are excited to bring together outstanding scholars, scientific researchers, industry delegates, and policy-makers on a global platform to exchange innovative ideas and tackle the challenges faced by the scientific community of industrial electronics and instrumentation.

As we all know, sharing information and exchanging ideas has never been more important or indispensable. The International Association of Electrical, Electronic and Energy Engineering (IAEEEE) has been working tirelessly to fulfill its commitment to create a unified global platform where scientific researchers, outstanding scholars, industry delegates, and policy-makers can come together to focus on groundbreaking innovations, substantial progress, and the challenges faced by scientific communities in the field of industrial electronics and instrumentation.

The conference is also a great opportunity to reunite with old friends and make new ones during the three-day program after the Covid-19 pandemic. Attendees will undoubtedly leave with informative and stimulating experiences, and, most importantly, contribute to the dissemination of scientific knowledge through presentations, posters, tutorials, and networking activities.
