ABSTRACT
This project centers on the effect of human resources management in organization. It’s case study is narrowed to Nigeria brewery plc, Benin city. In chapter one, it was obvious that human resources management of education is designed to develop skills, ability, understanding, attitude, work habit and appreciation that confer knowledge need to enter and make progress employment in useful and productive basic. Robber (2006). In chapter two emphasis was laid on the concept, theoretical frame work and the empirical frame. Work of human resources management. Some of the problems, such as staff training and development were also analyzed. The method use to collect data and the population of the study were stated in chapter three. Data collected were presented and analyzed in chapter four. In five it was summarized and concluded that Nigeria breweries enhance, its organizational goals through human resources development and recommendations were also made to improved on H.R.M (human resources management).

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
In any organization, human resources management occupies an important position as it enhances the people who supply the organization with labour, adequate skills, talent and knowledge for job performance.
An organization expands due to modern technology innovation and skills, the training and retraining of its operative becomes inevitable and challenges of the organization.
The success of an organization is achieved through efficient human capital management, which gives the staff the opportunity to improve on their talent and skills. This helps the enhancement of their day to day activity performance.

Robert, (1954) asserts that human resources management of education design to develop skills, ability, understanding, attitude, work habit and appreciation that confer knowledge needs to enter and make progress employment in useful and productive basic. It covers a very wide range of fields.
It is therefore important to note that human resources management is not done by mere mediocre, but highly skilled, they are sent out for career development so as to acquire the current techniques needed to manage the resources with adequate and consistent training the employee will full confident and motivated to carry out his or assignment with little or no supervision.

1.2 STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
In modern organization, inefficiency among worker has become a serious problem. This problem is traceable to the skills of the workers, which if not updated become absolute due to a new technological administrative innovation advancement taken taking place within the organization.
Records has shown that from 1975 to 1994, Nigeria Breweries Plc management offered study leaves with play to staff the pure human resources development sue academic programmer at abroad respectively. Recruitment to employ Nigerians and expatriates staff to the various positions in Nigeria Breweries Plc as result of boom enjoyed in Nigeria in early 1990’s to say the least.
It is against background that this study is aimed at investigating the effect at human resources management on organization in Nigeria Breweries, plc.
